Exciting Updates
On May 8, we transitioned to a new ticketing and membership platform to ensure a better user experience for our members. This includes static member numbers, a login for ticket purchasing, and much more.
With the new ticketing and membership system, we’ll be regenerating your membership numbers; however, do not worry—the numbers won’t change again! Going forward, your member numbers will not change annually with renewal, nor with card reissues for your household.
We’re going digital—really this time. With any membership renewal or purchase, you’ll receive your card(s) digitally soon after the transaction is complete. Stay tuned for emails regarding download instructions and more information.
Going forward, a summary of your purchased tickets will be available on your account page.
All you need to get tickets online is your email; no more pesky member numbers to enter to gain access to your member rates.
